That's 0.7%.

45% have never used AI.

34% stop at a free chatbot.

10% pay for AI.

Fewer than 1 in 100 have agents doing their work.

From inside tech, that 0.7% feels like everyone. It isn't.

The gap between asking AI and handing it work is the biggest one on this chart.

That gap is where organizations will be redesigned.
